Having lots of problems

hi all.

i got my collectors edition for ps3 but nothing works right.

1. i have none of the in game bonuses that I'm meant to get with the collectors edition.

2. i keep being asked to select one of two service accounts when i believe i only meant to have one.

3. all my friends from the beta have kept there Characters but i cant access her (Mianu Night, Behemoth sever.) even though i still have her save file.

and on top of that i am having connection problems just like everyone else.

Can i please get any help with all this?

Saw another thread in tech support mentioning your 2nd problem on PS3. I don't remember if the person gave a solution or not and I don't recall the name of the thread or I'd point the way.

i just managed to get into the lodestone on my pc and it says that i have two other characters (Mianu on altros and Mianu on behemoth) and its an expired account. i have mianu on Adamantoise but i want my mianu on behemoth (she was my first and highest level)

i dont know maybe now ive got the pc side set up i might be able to get her back.
