I've talked to a few people and I think some just don't understand the difference between connection lag and FPS slow down. I can run the game no problem whatsoever. My connect is the where the lag comes in and only on this game...nothing else I play.

Please see my post above. It's already proven to be traffic shaping by ISP's treating 14 as P2P. SE are contacting ISPs so they correct their software.

I have experienced it. It's like an R0 but without the disconnect. Usually only a client restart temp solves it.
