There a difference in color for sure....BLM has silver gloves and feet for AF2...and a more purple color rather than black....just like how PLD is more blue instead of white and WAR has lots more red in it.

I feel like the 300 cap per week is just to extend the limited amount of 50 content.
If people can't beat Bahamut it's because they can't only get 1 piece of gear every few weeks

Monk is a brighter yellow with bits of red and black. For example, the crown is a bright red instead of silver and the feather is grey instead of brown. The sleeves of the cyclas are also red instead of being the same yellow as the rest of the body.
