    Speak to Rowena's assistants in Camp Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona to see what you can purchase.

    Tier 1 is mostly for Darklight armor and accessories, Tier 2 for AF2 and the items needed to improve your relic weapon(s). I don't remember everything they offer off the top of my head, so I may have left a few things out.

    You trade them for gear, Philosophy ones will get you darklight gears while the mythology ones will be tradable for Relic Armor
