Version 1.0 and the benchmark are fully compatible with Nvidia 3d vision/ stereoscopic 3d, but this feature appears to be disabled in 2.0. Has anyone been able to get this enabled?

Unfoturnately 2.0 may not be supported for 3d vision at this moment. Maybe the game is new that Nvidia has not modify the driver.
However,we can see the nvidia driver state that FF14:ARR is not recommended for 3d vision( expecting the benchmark).
I believe that 2.0 would be supported for 3D Vision after a few weeks.
With 326.58 you get 3d but the shadows are kinda goofy and some for me very few textures are messed up not that bad. It looks great just the shadows. When I updated the driver 3D no longer worked for this game. So 326.58 works fine.
Excuse me , you mean that 326.58 worked in 3d vision, how about 326.80?
The official website that 326.58 is not available anymore, like following:
GeForce 326.80 Driver BETA 326.80 20.8.2013
GeForce 326.41 Driver BETA 326.41 30.7.2013
GeForce 326.19 Driver BETA 326.19 18.7.2013
