Usual hours of 1017, when I get passed I get 2002

No stranger to spamming trying to get on for hours at a time on my offdays, neither is my wife who has been locked out ALL DAY. However this time seems different, every time either of us makes it through the 1017 restrictions, we get to a lengthy loading screen and boom, 2002'd.
Closing entire client and we have to try again.

I can't stand the 1017 as it is, frustrating and time consuming but after hours of hard work you get in...

But now, we are getting trolled by the loading screen... finally making it passed the 1017 and into a lengthy load screen, watching happy little moogle drop his mail, only to be defeated by 2002.

Annoyed and wondering how many people are also suffering form this dual problem.

I am having the same problem. When i do get into a queue i get a 1017 shortly after.

Exact same problem for me man. Havent gotten in all day. Supposed to be a nice long weekend playing FFXIV but instead a miserable waiting game with no outcome or even hopes of getting on today. Im so pissed

Try the Triple Threat/Treat of 1017, 2002, or can't even find the NA/EU servers all day long.

i got in Queue 5 times, 4 time it's kicked me out of queue with error 1017 and one time( all my friends manage to connect on this one) i got DC with error 10102 on the loading for the game...........im seriously pissed right now. And im having the same pattern now.... unable to find NA/EU, error 2002... unable to find JP server error 1017.....

Oh I got that too, can't find NA/EU varying with JP as well... And getting that weird 1017 before I even get to character screen. Oh, and greyed start button. haha.
