The only way a vote kick could work is call GM to investigate if someone is really afk, rude, trolling. Otherway it will be definitely abused to kick players that roll for same gear, doesnt perform optimally according to a parser or first-timers wanting to watch cutscenes in last two story dungeons.

So you think we should let trolls/afkers get away with that shit and get rewarded for it, while hurting other players rather then risk it being abused by a few jerks..... Your just enabling trollers and afkers and useless players.

I would rather have a kick system that could potentially be abused then no kick system and have to deal with afk or extremely bad players that prevent you from finishing the dungeon.

The lack of any way to kick someone from a group is a ridiculous omission. Last night we had someone in our FC lose his connection and not be able to get back on, and our only option was to zone out, kick him, and restart the dungeon.

A lot of MMO's these days use a vote kick type system. I've run well over 100+ dungeons under these systems and not once have I seen it abused. Does it happen? I'm sure it does and I've heard stories, but generally, for the most part, people are good and understanding. Those that don't want to deal with gear rolls, lower than they want dps, cutscene watchers, new players generally just form up their own groups and avoid the auto group finders.
