Much needed "vote to kick" system!!! One player can and will ruin your whole dungeon experience. For those that can only dps, it's worse for them since they sit in queue for an hour+ and then get shat on by some dbag in the dungeon.

Agreed, not having a group kick command is a major oversight.

Yesterday we had a paladin tank that joined Wanderer`s Palace, ran to box where he got his sword, then went AFK.
We had a BRD troll in castrim last night. Talking gibberish in the log, pulling mobs that can be dismissed, attempting to lock out half the party in boss rooms by pulling early, overall a real mess and just enjoyed causing chaos. I looked them up on Lodestone. Saying song use DF is ridiculous, it's there to use. Very difficuilt situation for players.
I think it needs a report to GM and if they are found guilty then a warning then a ban.
AFKers difficuilt to deal with, you can make an excuse for your reason.
We don't need any option to kick people. As Kargion said, once that option comes into play, the elitist pricks will start to abuse it. Been there, done that in other mmos. Not been kicked myself, but seen other elitist pricks voting the second they get a player into the party who's either new to the dungeon, or makes a mistake etc.
I'd rather have an auto-kick system in place that boots afk players after 15 minutes since there's no benefits of staying logged in 24/7 anyways.

A vote kick is a majority call, meaning more people then not say to kick, this means at least 2 people are being mean to 1 person. Now this is bad for the 1 person if in fact they are doing nothing wrong, however, with no vote kick system all it takes is a single person, 1, to make 3 people unhappy, and most of the time its the tank with instant ques whos being the meanie.
I just had a tank go afk because we had a lvl 50 trying to run the dungeon to unlock another part of the game, i believe he said AB. The tank refused to play for no meaningful reason and was mean to the other 3 group members. So as you can see the system already has in place a way to abuse it. Players are asking for a way to remove those who abuse the current system and by making it vote kick it reduces the chances of someone getting kicked for no reason.
So you think the "elitists" are worse than the tank I had today who let the healer die and when told what they did wrong threw a temper tantrum in front of the final boss, making the decision to purposefully just stand there doing nothing? I mean seriously, as a DPS I have 30-45 min queues. While annoying, I accept those times because it comes with the territory. What I won't accept is having an extra 30-45 min wasted doing a dungeon that I won't be able to finish because ONE person threw a hissyfit and there was no way to remove them and get someone else.We don't need any option to kick people. This type of system, in my experience, tends to rebound harder on DPS than on tanks and healers, because they are easier to replce. Kick your tank or healer, you might have to wait a while to get a replacement. Kick your DPS, you can have a replacement more or less instantly. This is hard on DPS because they already wait longer for their groups than tanks and healers, and being viewed as "replaceable" or "interchangeable" is very demoralizing.
The only way I could get behind a kick feature is if it was limited to players with AFK or DC status. Otherwise, I'd be very afraid I'd wait forty minutes for a queue just to be replaced in the hopes that the next DPS would be an "upgrade". Sorry if I'm cynical, experience taught me this a while ago.
Please at the very least we need a way to kick disconnected players. Today someone disconnected right before the last boss. We waited 10 minutes and then just went for it. Took us 25 minutes to kill the last boss with just 3 people (and the 4th person was disconnected the whole time with no way to kick him). This is quite ridiculous.
