No valid service account available to play FF XIV on cp!

Hi,

On the release day I received my FF XIV and I played it for 2-3 days untill lvl 10 or so.

But, bout 3 days ago I started the game and I came in a different starting menu. Asking for a registration code, but when i put the early access code in, it says its already used.
How do I get back on if my registration code wont work and says my account server access is invalid? This is terrible..is this EA?

Early Access play has expired so I suspect you now need to register your normal product code that you got within the game box (or, with a digital purchase, from the email/in the account with retailer in question).

Have you upgraded your Early Access count by clicking "add platform" and entered the Retail-Code that you have gotten via mail or in the box?

I only got 1 code in the email and thats what I used.

If you purchased the game digitally, you should have gotten a retail-game code a few days after / shortly before release of the game. Check your mail. If you have not, you should contact the retailer and ask for a key. It might also be possible that your order has been cancelled, considering Square Enix stopped digital sales of the game.

This is happening to me too! I've been emailing them in the hopes that they'll send me my code but so far I haven't heard anything back from them. u_u

Ok to clarify things more better, if you bought yours digitally then a code should have been sent to your e-mail usually in the spam/junk folder but if you bought yours through amazon, etc., it should be in your sales invoice, if you bought it through a store, it should be on your receipt where you have to go and get the game from the store you bought your FFXIV:ARR from.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I AND OTHER PEOPLE MADE WHEN REGISTERING THE CODE IN YOUR SERVICE ACCOUNT. DO NOT CLICK "ADD SERVICE ACCOUNT". CLICK ON "ADD WINDOWS/PS3 SERVICE" (WHATEVER PLATFORM YOU BOUGHT THE GAME ON).

If you bought the game digitally, then the following is probably what occurred:
The early access code and well as giving early access, was also designed to run of for 2/3 days afterward to help users wating for games via post or waiting to recieve their purchased game code via email.

Now, I'm willing to bet the first and only code you received was the code to partake in the remaining few days of early access (release day was 27, and the early access code was good for another few days).
SE probably sent this code to you as a means of making sure you could play immediately until your actual product code was sent.

Short after launch, (you'll have to check the days yourself) SE suspended all digital download purchases because of the server being overloaded.

Chances are if you bought the game at a certain time on PSN, they might give you a refund (and a free copy of the game) and the reason you didn't receive your actual code, was because of the download suspension SE issued because of the huge under-estimation of the market.
