    Paladins abused by playerbase on Hardmode Ifrit

    I'm getting really annoyed with a majority of the players taking the stance of the paladins role in the hardmode Ifrit fight is to white hit and stun. The reason for my annoyance is that rewards are based on participation and because of that instead of getting 44 tomestones of mythology for killing Ifrit the paladin instead recieves only 4.

    It's getting incredibly frustrating getting stuck in the side having to OT white hit while other classes are able to farm up tomes in pub ques.

    Remember shield bash is on the GCD, so in order for a paladin to play the interrupt role they cannot use any abilities.

    Wait, what ? Are you sure that you can have 44 tomestones of mythology on Ifrit ? I never heard anyone saying they got more than 4.
    Anyway I'm main tanking it as a WAR, holding aggro w/o any problem and doing my share of DPS and never got anything else than 4, so it shouldn't bother you, autoing or not you won't have 44, if it's even possible.

    nvm i'm retarted, guess you get 44 the first time you complete it.... just so happens the second time I played this role lol. As the scientists say, correlation does not imply causation.

    Im pretty sure it's just 4 either way. And what else do you suggest for that fight? Your the only one that can spam stun that frequently. Warrior's stun could only interupt 1/2 of the eruptions.

    44 would be dumb considering you're caped at 300 per week anyway.
    Are Gadura and Titan giving more btw ? I'm waiting to get my Ifrit axe before moving to Garuda, starting to think it's a bad idea though..

    It's 10 allagan tomes, 4 myth ones after each win. I don't know where you got those numbers from.

    You prolly did Amdapor Keep before and did not notice you got 40 tomes there then you went Ifrit HM and got 4
