Tomestone of Mythology Not Reseting for many people

Perhaps if you stop instantly locking the threads and moving them to insufficient information or duplicate bug then more people can post and provide more information.

That said, the information I've found so far is that there are multiple people across multiple servers that are on both sides of this bugs.

One group has had their weekly tome count reset twice this morning (at least), so they are sitting at above 300 tomes total from running AKeep after the first reset, but are back to 0/300 for the week and able to continue getting more now. The other group of people are still sitting at 300/300 from last week and have not experienced a reset.

Certain facts that have been found out and can help you find the source of the bug -

1) I can confirmed that being logged in vs logged out did not change this. I had FC members that were both logged in this morning when one got tomestones reset and the other one did not. We also have FC members that were offline and logged in after the reset to split results, some with a reset and some without.

2) Relogging itself has not changed this, if the player did not get reset before, relogging will not cause a reset now.

3) This timer is not based off of when individual characters began getting tomestones. We have people in the FC that started getting tomestones 6 days ago but have not reset yet, while others started 2 days ago and have already reset.

4) How many tomestones you had does not appear to matter. People that got reset had both the maximum of 300 and lesser amounts, such as 160/300 for one of my FC.

You asked for more information but it appears that the majority of the information about this will be server side, so please let us know what other specific information you believe will help.

I can confirm everything Arduin is saying on the Adamantoise server within my FC as well. We have 4 members including myself who did not reset but we have some who did. Some stayed signed in while others such as myself, were signed out.

I (Jack Daniels on Ultros) have not received a point reset and am still capped at 300/300. MY FC mate Mint Mojito had her points reset today to 0/300 (she was at 96).

I was one of the first to cap out since I was one of the first 50 in my FC and now everyone else reset but me and a few others. It is retarded. Need a reset. Rootzo Ozo (Gilgamesh).
