    no valid service account is available to play FFXIV: ARR

    so i am getting this error "no valid service account is available to play FFXIV: ARR.
    in order to play FFXIV: ARR, you must first purchase the digital download from the playstation store or register a product code." i pre order the game over 2 month in advance and when i finally got it. it gave me this error... so i entered the code that came in the game and the code was a bad code. i called support they gave me a new code and new code worked but for only 1 day, next day i get the same error again. does anyone have the same issue and if so what did you do to fix it?
