I tried to add my code to my account and it made me a whole new account under my user name, now instead of having my time and other items on my character I'm stuck with a account 1 and account 2. This is not what I want, I've sent in a ticket about it, Yet to receive a response. Pretty upset that I haven't gotten to play and my subscription days are just going to waste.

You have to call support hotline my wait time was 6 hours tell them your ticket number problem and wait I finished 3 days ago still waiting with nothing to do.

When i called the hot line it said it was closed, to call back during regular hours..

Its not a 1017 error its a Right code on the Wrong account problem...
