    all NA/EU servers are experiencing the same garbage. If you want to play, Dont play on a NA/EU server go play on a Japanese server. I have a character on Massamune and there are no errors there.

    Actually, a few minutes ago I tried making a new character and ALL the worlds have character restrictions on them and ALL of them are full haha. Guess whoever isn't playing now won't get to until they fix this mess
