To everyone complaining about the login issues, I just have one thing to say: You make it better. Yes, these problems are annoying and even, oftentimes, infuriating. But guess what? I'm pretty sure they're aware and though we would like to see this fixed ASAP, machines are not running these servers, human beings are. Human beings who through years of their lives and most likely put other aspects of their lives aside to bring forth a beautifully rendered world, backed by a rich story. I have not enjoyed a Final Fantasy game in years (bring on the fanboys), but this is a game worth waiting for (the second go-around, anyway). And if you REALLY wanna get angry, be angry at the thousands upon thousands upon THOUSANDS of little AFKers that refuse to logout when they aren't even at home, let alone near their computers. Be angry, we all are. Just get the sand out of your nether regions before you go pointing the blame at the developers. Or, as I already stated, go make your own and we'll see how much better it is.

This is my problem. I'd totally be someone who stayed logged in all the time. The only thing keeping me from doing that is that TWC is a BS ISP and my Internet signal gets dropped at least twice a day.

Why be angry at people who don't log out? If their connection remains stable and the game doesn't explode they at least will have the ability to play when they come back. Point your misguided anger at the host of this debacle. What SQUEENIX should have done was extend the Beta4 session as long as possible and work that entire week towards fixing this boat load of issues. Most of these problems presented themselves in Beta4 and they did nothing. We keep having the same issues and they say "FIXED" "RESOLVED" "RECOVERED" " QUICK LOOK OVER THERE WHILE I RUN AWAY". There should never have been a temporary fix that didn't happen, they should have pulled all worlds down on day 1 and kept them down until they could provide at a minimum guaranteed login. Players will always be willing to deal with bugs in a game but ZERO access to a product they paid for is unacceptable. To those who say the equipment and personnel cant be magically created overnight. I can get an engine from the other side of the world in less than 24 hrs. There is no excuse for SQEENIX in this situation, they should have been financially buried by Version 1 and they seem hell bent to bury themselves with this round.

Your time is better spent supporting community suggestions for alleviating this problem, rather than patronizing everyone that voices their concerns about it. AFK boot to me seems like an obvious candidate for fixing some of the problems, granted it won't fix them all.
