Debuff Icon Disapears

I have an issue when I cast a debuff(poison) on a mob then cast a healing spell, the poison icon disappears yet the effect still applies. This needs to be addressed as I need to know when/if my debuff has come off. I have tested this several times and regardless of the time between actions it still disappears.

Date&Time/Frequency-I'm on the East Coast and it happens any time of the day. Almost every time I have a De-buff like Poison on the mob and switch to heal myself the icon disappears.

Character-Seven Fold Lalafell Male

Server-Selbina

Location-Ul'dah

I remade my character after the last patch and noticed this at all levels. I would cast poison on a mob( any mob in the starting area outside Ul'dah) and the poison icon will show. If I immediately cast a self heal on myself the poison icon is lost, but the poison effect is still ticking away at the mob HP. I have tried to spread out the times between the spells and the effect is still the same. I also experience the mob HP bar disappearing with every self casting ability.

Prior to the latest patch my De-buff icons or mob health bar never disappeared.

Thank you for your patience with the wait for a response to your report. Unfortunately, it seems that the development team requires more specific information about your experiences. It would be a great help if you provided information about whether the icon that you refer to is on the monster itself, or is this an icon that you received on your character after a monster casted magic on you. In addition, it would also be very helpful if you could clarify whether you refer to the mob casting a spell on itself or you casting a spell on yourself when you mentioned the self-casting ability in reference to seeing the Monsters HP bar disappearing. Any other specific details that you can provide (e.g. the names of the mobs that you have experienced these problems with, the names of the self-casting abilities used, etc.) would be a great help to clarify what conditions are needed to try to recreate what you have experienced.
