Server full - Compensation for returning players

Hello, I was curious, seeing as how players who were from FFXIV 1.0 and have been given 14 days to try the game, are they going to be compensated for not being able to play in the 14 days ? I've had the game installed and updated since day 1 of release, and I have been able to log on successfully once since than. I've had the last week off of work and tried for hours at a time each day only to receive the 'server full' message. The one time I was able to get on I was disconnected within a few minutes of playing, and haven't even been able to experience the game yet to find out of I want to start a sub or not.

My question is, do you guys plan on extending the days by another week or so for those who had 14 days of free-play granted to them ? I understand that you are getting new servers at the data center this week, but that doesn't make up for an entire week of downtime for those of us who were granted the chance to play.

I thought they were given 7 and they bumped it up to 14 since there were connection issues last week.

Free Trial Extension

To apologize to our loyal fans who may not have been able to login or create characters during early access and the days immediately following launch, the development and operations teams are currently considering providing all player accounts with an additional seven days to their free trials. This includes non-legacy players from 1.0, who will be given new seven-day free trials. Trial extensions will be awarded after the aforementioned server maintenance on Wednesday. Details on the trial extension, including the extension period, will be released in a separate post as soon as they have been solidified.

I also have been unable to play for over a week now as well, all I get is Error 1017 or unable to connect to NA Servers or the lobby server has encountered a error
