    upload speed has no effect on your fps rate in game your internet speed would only come into effect on how good your connetion is to the server. Thats more dependant on your down stream then your upstream considering very little data gets sent back up vs how much is pulled down..

    The only time your upload speed really matters if your hosting your own server for a game.
