Poor performance from a high-end build?

My card is #5 from the top on the high-end graphics card chart.

Depending on the brand of your graphic card, it could be either Entry level or enthusiasts level.
If you only spent around $200-$400 that's the entry level range.
The enthusiast level are from $500-$1500
