Job List Not Updating In Character Tab or View Search Info

No matter what I do it never updates the level of my advanced job in any of the tabs nor in the free company. I can switch to it through the crystal and use it but the levels are only ever recorded into the base class. It says that I have my advanced job equipped. I can see the other people with theirs displayed as what their advanced job is but they cannot see mine and when I level it does not say the job leveled but the base class did and I have seen someone with a class specific level up in the chat log before. Why does mine never display to anyone properly? Am I doing something wrong?
