Server Transfers program with new servers coming online?

So with the addition to new server , everyone is wonder, but wasn't stated with there be free server xfers. Unless there is some server xfer program implanted there will still be server congestion issues due to people want to play their established character or with their FC. New servers will be great for new people who want to play, but what of us who have spent time already on established characters.

Maybe I misread, but from what I remember server xfers wont be until a later date. With that, I think they are looking at having a fee associated.

I pushed myself far ahead of the curve, killed primals over and over, and now cant get in as my FC has been grinding gear to prep for coil for 2 days leaving me far behind, at this point I wouldnt mind starting all over just get away from the login issues and rare crashes from duty finder.

I'll probably end up doing the same. Don't see a point of staying for the crashes to be honest.
