Elusive Jump - Action Not Learned?

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone else has had this...

Recently acquired the dragoon level 35 ability "Elusive Jump".

All was well (i.e. ability was working fine) until I entered Brayflox's Longstop, at which point when trying to use said ability I was greeted with the error message "Action Not Learned" (message appeared on screen like a "Target Not in Range" error).

Was unable to use it the entire time I was in Brayflox. Anyone else had this?

I had to log out immediately after completing Brayflox so I'm unsure if it works now, but figured I'd ask around.

Level sync. You're synced to a lvl at which you can't have said skill. I think longstop syncs to 34.
