I would sit in a logon queue for an hour and not have a problem at this point. INstead, I get to play the 1017 game and hope that either the JP or NA/EU world selection server is up and I can try to: start->select->ok->1017->ok, and repeat forever.

But, on the rare occasion, I get queued. WTF?

Lack of consistent behavior.
