    How to cheat customers ...

    I sent a ticket 5 days ago and the same day I received this message...

    "This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received and will be responded to within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt."

    I'm still waiting for this so-called "Answer"...

    Joke?

    PS: I also received a notification about the name of my character to be offensive ... and that they would take due providences ... however, I have not received answers about my ticket ...
    Then say it's harassment ...

    Rumour has it they are closing tickets after 48hrs due to just how many they are getting opened, even if they aren't solved.

    opening a ticket at this point is moot. there is no need for anyone to open a ticket about any login issues what so ever. They are aware of all the issues that we are all plagued with. they have already started the process to fix these issues they will be fixed on the 4th along with free game time. SO everyone just needs to stop opening tickest about login issues and just wait till after the 4th and see if the changes fix anything.

    I Send a ticket because I acidentally added my cd key in "add new service account" instead of my currently account, now i have 2 accounts for the game showing in the Mog Station, my main account (Pre-Order) has inactive because this. I want to merge two account or send me a new FFXIV ARR Digital Right Retail Code.
