I preordered the game, have yet to recieve the moggle cap/cait sith doll

thats terrible man i know when i got my moogle cap i was pretty excited, it is so warm and comfortable that i wish everyone had the chance to experience this. Heck i'm even wearing it right now and i'm level 32! well good luck on getting it, and no you cant borrow mine D:<

Make sure you didn't create a second service account, and make sure the "code" you are entering is the 20 digit one, not the 18 digit one.

Same thing happened to me. Everyone told me to go to the mailmoogle and it would be there. Still not there. I even put in the codes and crap on the website... still nothing. Have an open ticket about it, but with all this other stupid shit going on with these damned shitty ass servers not being able to run a hamster on a wheel, that is probably the lowest priority for these people right now.

I swear... a dead, dry leaf has more stability on a highway, than this game currently has.

I'm in the same boat. It looks like they sent me a PSN code instead of PC code. I sent an inquiry about it but tech support is so flooded with messages about 1017, it'll be some time before I can find out about the hat and doll. Heck, I sent a request to customer support before the launch of the game and they never got back to me.
