PS3 Performance

So I played my friends ps3 version of ffxiv today. Is that really the best SE could do? Seems like the performance is trash and they have visual effects of rain. The fps I bet never goes over 20-25. Way too many visual effects for a slow running console. Terrible design by SE porting it over. Should have adjustments to enhance the FPS.

I understand that it's an MMO but I REALLY think SE could have done better with the PS3 version. I play primarily on PC but I do have a PS3 copy so here's hoping to future optimization because as of now it looks like someone smeared doo doo on my TV.
