Arrow keys being mappable is a whole different subject, which I also agree with, but I'm sure SE is aware of that issue and has had thousands of comments on these forums already.

This thread is about how unstable the camera itself is, how it is always bouncing, moving, and zooming in on the ground. Arrow keys being mappable has nothing to do with this issue, but thanks for the comment!
