I guess that Square Enix is just trying to tell us: ''suck on it guys, cause at the moment we have bigger fish to fry''.Identical thing happened to my husband, but it took a day to get the 48 hour email, then it took another 5 days to get the email saying they had closed his ticket cause it wasn't important. Luckily he got a refund for his copy of the game. Now if I could only get a refund for my 1.0 copy...
