Well, did you register the preorder bonus key at the right place, on the 20th or later?
Or did you just add it to the membership site?

Well then. Upon successful registration, the key should have been shown in the web browser with further instructions.
And a copy of it sent by email. Which may have been put in spam folders or other places. Can't rule out ISP filters blocking it though.

Probably won't help anything, just stating what should and could have happened.

As you just mentioned, A key has been shown and sent to his mail box. He tried to put it straight on to the mogstation website by using the ''add platform'' button but it said that the key was invalid.
So he went on this https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...?rgn=eu&lng=fr link, followed the steps and it worked... then he had 2 days to put the game activation key,
which he never received =/

That game activation key they want within N days is inside your/his physical copy of the game, on one of the two enclosed leaflets.
Make sure he puts it on the correct service account (the one with his characters on it, and that lists the preorder bonus items).
