Ticket constantly getting closed

Let me tell you a cool story... It's the story of a guy who registed his pre-order code (or Early access code) and never received any game activation key ..

Like any other regular fan, he opened a ticket and described his problem... 24 hours later he finally received a mail from Square Enix. Unfortunately it was just a bot saying that his ticket had finally been received. "24 hours later ?!" He said to himself .. when suddenly, another mail arrived !! or should i say, THE mail arrived and a looooooong silence followed.

Square enix: ''your ticket has been closed in order to prioritise time-sensitive issues'' AKA ''go get an ice-cream dude because we actually don't give a ****... come back later''

Yep had this message aswell, ticket closed without any resolution to the problem. It's disgraceful to be honest, I just opened another ticket, though that was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. Appears that SE are totally out of there depth with this launch, one cock up after another.
