Melding BUG!. Discovered!

When attempting to meld a tier 3 craftsmanship cunning materia CP+3 onto my HQ weaver trousers i discovered a bug. It recognizes the tier 3 materia but shows the stat as tier 1. It also contradicts itself by saying that the catalyst required is grade 1 carbon matter when its already said its tier 3.

All gear have caps for stats, so if you try to add materia that would give that piece of gear too much of one stat, it is capped and you only gain partial (or no) benefit from the materia. That is likely what is happening here.
