Healing wind after effects

Unsure if this is a bug or intended but has anyone had problems after casting their healing wind?

When I cast it goes off, then I get frozen to the spot I cannot move, use items or spells or anything for a few seconds.

I could be wrong but I assumed all Limit Breaks had a delay like that. I did find it a little weird when I used it as well, though.
