    Melding BUG!. Discovered!

    When attempting to meld a tier 3 craftsmanship cunning materia CP+3 onto my HQ weaver trousers i discovered a bug. It recognizes the tier 3 materia but shows the stat as tier 1. It also contradicts itself by saying that the catalyst required is grade 1 carbon matter when its already said its tier 3.

    Not a bug, there's a stat cap on the gear. You can only add so much of a certain stat, any extra will be forfeit. Were you at cap completely it would show +0

    This one is definitely a bug. If it were a stat cap issue, there would be a notice on the melding window that the item can't take full advantage of the materia. Also, the meld is saying it only requires a grade 1 catalyst, which is clearly wrong.

    If it was because of the gear stat cap. this is what it would show.
