Same here. And all my support tickets (I made several) will never be answered so I figured out some issues myself. However I did get a survey on how I liked the support service, I think you can guess how I rated this so called service.

Between all the errors... and new bugs (like saying world is full 1017 when you click START).. and no character lists...

It's going to pretty much be a bumpy week..again.. I doubt they'll fix and add everything they should have within a few days. LOL

I just posted another thread with the fact that i'm receiving the "Unable to update group NA/EU character list" or just a blank character screen! This is a national holiday where everyone has a chance to sit down and play, but very few can because of the current server limitations. The game is awesome and I play (when I can) as long as I can, but like the initial poster of this thread - my time is limited with work, family, and extra curricular stuff. SE should at least have a login queue. I understand the concern about the AFK issue, but taken from your perspective if you finally got in after 2-4+ hrs of trying and receiving 1017 errors (given that you still have time to even play), you would opt to keep logged in and not suffer through the 2-4 hr. wait the next time you log in. I used to log out, but the wait to log in is just too great. SE needs to re-scale their servers and limit server populations in order to sort this all out. World transfers may be helpful if re-scaling is not possible.
