    Whenever I need to find a leve for gathering. I go to the zone that has the items and talk to the Leve NPC there. If you've never done a leve there before you do have to do an initial combat one to unlock the leve's from the NPC.

    Ok, I'll keep looking. Don't have any gathering leves beyond 15 in Ul'Dah. Meant to reply earlier but wasn't allowed to because of some limit on posting having to do with my character level? I'm even more confused now.

    Update: Found it, South Shroud at Quarrymill.
