If what they do to the servers in the next two days doesn't alleviate the congestion problems then they will possibly look at implementing an auto log due to inactivity.
Problem is they're really vague on exactly what it is they are doing, they're basically saying nothing beyond ya we're working on something and we're opening more worlds in the future. Lack of communication isn't really acceptable any longer.

Also I've been through launches like this, this seems like a lack of research. Aion had exactly the same problem during it's launch week (mind you they actually had a working queue system in place) the cause was people not logging out because they were afraid they wouldn't be able to log back in. Even saw people claiming that them staying logged in all the time wasn't a problem, that the 9h queues were caused by some other factor. soon as the AFK timer went live, queues dropped to less then 5 minutes on all servers at peak. AFK timeout should be a mandatory feature in modern MMOs, else you run into this situation. It happened before, it's happening now, it will likely happen again down the road.

My biggest worry is they are doing exactly what other MMOs have done during launch week, where by they end up opening too many servers, spreading the community too thin among them, and then they spend the next year seeing their player base complain about low pop servers due to concurrent user numbers dropping after the free month is up. Then there's the bad PR and hassle when they finally announce server mergers. Personally they should have prioritized the afk timer, then slowly increase servers, doing it the other way around is likely to be expensive down the line. It's all happened before.
