Fastest way to get ToP?

Hey everyone like the title says, what is the fastest way to get the Tomestones of Philosophy. I've noticed people running the last 2 storyline 8-mans but is there a faster instance? Thanks.

Final dungeon is actually pretty quick...if everyone skips the cutscenes. You can ask, but there's usually one person that says no. So you just have to deal with it.
