You can filter out targeting other players/minions and even your party members. It helps a lot in FATEs. It's not that, well...even though it's a pain in the ass targeting as a healer too, and confuses me to hell.
Shit loads slow and you can't see the enemies.
But they are trying to figure what to do about it. It's a PS3 and PC problem.
