About Gametime and Downtime or unable to play

Well it has been day 2 that i just cannot play. Because of the server not working or the world is full.

But what happens is that everyone's gametime is still running out while they can't even play for most of the days. I do understand its very hard for Square Enix to handle all this pressure and i do understand that there is alot of work for them to do to get this all fix and running smooth.

But i haven't seen anyposts or news about our gametime that is running out while some players can't play for couple days. is there anything they can do for us to refund our days we can't play.

P.S this is not a post to whine or QQ about anything. im just wondering.

If you actually had taken the time to read the forums you would have learned that tomorrow they will be hopefully be fixing the realm issues and they will be gifting everyone 7 days of gametime.

Yoshi did make a post stating they may be giving more free trial time after the new servers come online, cant for the life of me find the post right now, but it has been stated
