Still don't have Teleport??

Level 18 Conjurer, level 16 Arcanist. On CopperBell Mines main story quest.
Just wondering why I still don't have Teleport, its just grey'd out on the bottom menu.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You had to attune an Atherylte. A second one, not the first that gave you return.

You need to attune to every aetherite you come to by right clicking it. A skill bar will show up and once it's full you'll have accessed the new aether network location.

I'm assuming you're referring to the smaller Aetherite's i.e the ones in front of certain class area's. Not just the larger ones in main city plaza's.

I've attuned myself to every Aetherite in the major cities and teleport is still grey'd out..
