Am I the only one considering all four useless except for random island jump in sea of cloud?

Pretty much... the only thing it's useful is when you jump off platforms in World map since they removed fall damage from dungeons....

Someone have an idea about a trait that can replace it because rogue is the only class with an useless trait?

I don't know maybe replace it to reduce TP cost for Rogue's skills or just enhance Mug to get more Hp steal?

It gives some flavour to the job. There's also increased INT for Scholars and Enhanced Feint and Featherfoot, for example, that are pretty useless.

Well, Int help scholar dps and feint + featherfoot give somethink (small but somethink). And for flavor they could add a small 2nd effect that affect battle.

If you're dpsing without Cleric Stance on yeah.

If you're dpsing without Cleric Stance on please don't. you're doing about 1/5 of the damage you could be.

Skills like these are a shackle passive. They are "balanced" they way they are, according to the class developers, so adding anything could mess it up. They could however update it in later expansions.

INT doesn't help SCH because when you use Cleric Stance, your MND swaps with your INT.

So for SCH it doesn't help at all.

And no, Ninja isn't the only one with useless traits. BLM has a trait that has it so Surecast may come back instantly. Not that helpful, as most people, of they even use Sure cast, use it before a predictable hit, and there's not usually two predictable hits in a row

While it's an effectively useless trait outside of PvP, other classes have traits or skills that effectively do the same thing (taking away a potential skill/trait slot). Surecast, mind rend/dismantle being split into two skills, feint and most CCs in PvE fill an incredible niche for really no reason. There are also skills that add no depth to the job, but at the same time still take up space, such as mug, dream within a dream, gauss round, and a few more. All of that, epsesically the latter, is already causing a bit of a issue with button bloating, and that's not even getting into pvp skills.
