Wrong Service Account, yay

So I had a service account on PC and I was playing it on PS3 for Beta and Early Access. On the 30th the PS3 service ended abruptly and told me I needed to purchase a copy of the game in order to continue playing on the PS3. I still had access to the PC version but have a terribly slow computer and cannot play the game via PC.

I went and bought the PS3 version and registered the product code under a brand new service account on accident instead of adding it to the existing windows service account.

I do not want to start over so I filled out the form and sent in the support ticket specifically for correcting this issue. It must happen often if they had a link to a form for it at the top of the support page.

My question is concerning how long it will take for them to get back to me? It has been a couple days now since I received the email from them saying they were working on it. They say within two weeks on the support page but I was hoping they were overshooting to play it safe. Does anyone have experience with this problem?

582 pages in. If you're from NA, don't expect a fix anytime soon; for your own sake do NOT get your hopes up of fixing this anytime soon. You'll make the same mistake that many of us did and attempt to get through to NA customer support throughout the entire day. Our own stupid fault.

If you're a EU player- go call up your support, they're absolutely fantastic and will get it sorted ASAP.
