Absolute Disgrace

The way you have handled this launch is an absolute disgrace.
It's hard to believe that after the failure that was 1.0 you can relaunch a game with a total lack of preparation or any kind of hindsight.

I'm not going to get a refund i will wait it out but id imagine you have lost thousands of possible customers due to your complete lack of common sense.

did you really think that was enough servers for the whole of Europe and NA? stupid stupid stupid.

And to teh white knights that are about to defend SE dont bother i dont care what you think

i think the worst part is that even if they had miscounted or w/e the amount of players, a big company like this would have servers on standy waiting to be brought online if needed. there really is no excuse to the lack of hindsight.

As far as I can tell it isn't the amount of servers but rather the quality of the servers/infrastructure. The servers can hold more people but they have it limited because their network can't support the connections.

Yeah, and they are putting huge limitations on login server during peak times, it just seems stupid to me that they could not know, surely they knew on the 20th just how many people pre-ordered and wanted into early access.

problem also for eu is and prolly na that the servers are in canada and prolly they hired brian adams to be the server tech so ya :< where doomed

Are there really this many threads needed about the same topic? I wish the mods would merge it all into one big mega post of whine, instead of seeing 75% of the front page filled with this topic. Like seriously, why couldn't you post this in one of the other 400 whine threads on the first 4 pages of the forum?

Id love to know how many players ( can i call them that of they didnt actually play?) have gotten a refund... i cant really blame them its been a week since launch and still some players havent been able to log in at all, ive been lucky i got up at 5am soemtimes and played all day when i was off work but now its impossible to log in, and im not about to go afk ingame while im at work
