I've been crashing about 2-3 times a day with this error lately, any idea how I could take care of this?

That error usually happens when I zone and crash Final Fantasy XIV.

I am on a laptop running Windows 7. My graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce 9500M GS, my CPU a Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 @ 2.00 GHz.
