So I had a service account on PC and I was playing it on PS3 for Beta and Early Access. On the 30th the PS3 service ended abruptly and told me I needed to purchase a copy of the game in order to continue playing on the PS3. I still had access to the PC version but have a terribly slow computer and cannot play the game via PC.

I went and bought the PS3 version and registered the product code under a brand new service account on accident instead of adding it to the existing windows service account.

I do not want to start over so I filled out the form and sent in the support ticket specifically for correcting this issue. It must happen often if they had a link to a form for it at the top of the support page.

My question is concerning how long it will take for them to get back to me? It has been a couple days now since I received the email from them saying they were working on it. They say within two weeks on the support page but I was hoping they were overshooting to play it safe. Does anyone have experience with this problem?
