haven't been able to get on for days and days .. personally I think they type a a bunch of things they say they did but didn't do just to quell the storm a bit. think a class action is def warranted to me a few days added to accounts typed in their computer is not a compensation for my time that I don't have a lot of. To me that's a huge insult, it means absolutely nothing to them, If they made a genuine attempt at a apology and compensation for the 9 days of mine that has been lost trying to use a broken product they sold me then I would not be as upset but no they just treat us like mushrooms - keep us in the dark and feed us on shite
