Ps3 account screen locked

So I bought 2 copies of the game one for me and my gf. She linked her account to the ps3 copy. I linked to the PC copy. When I log in on my user on ps3" account name "at log in it is grayed out. Why is that? Every mmo I have ever played if you have an active sub you can log in anywhere. Help

Did you buy one PS3 copy and one PC copy? If so you need to register both codes in the mogstation so you can log onto the same account at the same time.
You can't play the same character tho, but this you know im sure.

If you check the accounts SE page it should say that you have registered 2 copies to the one account under 'services'

EDIT: you can only have one SE account linked to a PSN account (all characters can be used from that account only) So if your character is on another account it would not have the PS3 key registered.

Thank you for the response. I would like to know specifically why the login name on ps3 username is locked. Is this an attempt for people to buy more copies when they already have active subs? The whole point of a log in screen is a gateway for active players to log in. I already purchased 2 copies and am enjoying the PC copy. I never thought my girlfriend would play hardcore so I assumed that I too would be able to play on the console version. Please respond and let me know if my ps3 version is now a coaster.
