    Support still on holiday?

    It is 12pm pacific time. They are open 9 to 6. Why do i get a recording that i need to call them withing normal business hours? Are they on lunchbreak or extended vacation?

    The fact that you would go out of your way to call someone else horrible, strangers at that, says loads about you; especially when it's you who can't even tell time.
