Legacy character w/o 1.0 or legacy cutscenes?

Greetings.


I'm playing a legacy character imported from 1.0 and on a legacy account yet I did not receive the custom dialogue/cutscenes that other legacy players have had. Even other people with characters from 1.0 that do not have a legacy service account are able to get these cutscenes and dialogue

Is this a bug or intentional or..?

If I understand you correctly, yes, it is a bug. First occured and reported during Phase 3 of the Beta, again during Phase4/Open Beta and again now that the game is live.
So far, SE has not even officially acknowledged the bug, leave alone is planning on fixing it....

a guild mate told me, that it is not a bug, everyone legacy or not who completed the main storyline in 1.0 gets different cutscene than the rest of us, i am a legacy player but i haven't completed to story after patch 1.23 i think, there is a quest that we should have completed in order to get this new cutscnese at the begining, so players from 1.0 who are not legacy may have had this new cutscene as well, i don't think this is a bug at all, better check with this information further, cause i am not sure, but a lot of people told me this.
