Hey, guys. I know all of us have a three day weekend and expected to play all weekend. As a longtime Final Fantasy fan and Square-Enix supporter, it'd be nice if we all would just stop rage hating and chill out. The developers have already said they totally undershot their expectations of the game and are working hard at getting these issues fixed. If you can't play, like I can't at the moment, find something else to do! Something else to play. Go outside, hang out with friends, work on a project. This game is amazing, I will not argue that. But I can't find myself totally boiling in rage over these server issues. I can't play at the moment and I've been fighting these issues since early access. I'll try for about 30min, and if it's not going to happen, I find something else to do. Come on, guys. Be patient! Have faith in A Realm Reborn. We'll all be playing without issues soon enough! This game isn't going anywhere.

is there a way to "pause" the subscription? I know that they will "give" us 7 days for free.. but we are going to lose more than 7 days. I dont want to pay for the whole month and be able to play just 3 days (I want to play when I want(18:00h to 23:00h), and not when they want us to play (10:00h to 16:00h ??). Some people need to work during the day!

Then just wait till the end of this maint. or come back in a couple weeks when the servers will be most likely fixed by then. That's the only advice I can give you :/.

I've loved the Final Fantasy series since super nintendo, and have been mostly disappointed with everything they've done after FF9. Being a fan of a series is no reason to excuse incompetence. SE has been on the decline for the better part of a decade, and proved how poorly run they are with the absolute joke that was 1.0, continuing with the current launch failure. They've stated in numerous posts and media outlets that they must do everything they can to ensure a successful launch here, or else the company itself will be in dire jeopardy. They knew the stakes, and they still were unable to accommodate a very large portion of their paying customers. People need to be held accountable, not coddled. The only way this company will regain even a shadow of its former glory is to implement major personnel changes.

Hmm Only 3 years huh, well I am sure a couple more days wouldn't kill you huh, people need to be patient, you are not the only ones unable to log on. Quit being so impatient and give these people a little time to fix it.
